How to Order Online
Lead Time - Catering orders should be placed as far ahead as possible with a minimum of 48 hours in advance for breakfast and lunch. For more elaborate or custom events, 5 days minimum advance notice is requested. We will accommodate late orders to the best of our ability. The delivery time for late orders may need to be adjusted within a 90 minute window as orders already placed in house will receive delivery priority.
Pickups –All caterings come with our standard black tablecloths for the food tables and the necessary utensils for the event. In the interest of the environment and cost containment, we request that all equipment and supplies delivered to meetings be left in the room. If it is necessary to move any equipment to another location, please call to notify us of any changes. If the equipment is unavailable at pick up, it may be charged to your department.
Additional Services - We are happy to provide you with any additional services you may need. Wait-Staff, Flower Arrangements, Decorations, Custom Linens and China can all be arranged for your gathering. Call or email us for more information.
Delivery - To insure prompt delivery, please place your orders at least 48 hours in advance. We do not charge a delivery fee for services provided at TI South Campus and TI North Campus/SC Building. For orders delivered outside of these two buildings, there will be a $9.99 delivery fee.
Same Day Orders - We will do our best to accommodate same day orders, however, menu selection and delivery time will be based on availability. Orders are delivered in the order they are taken. There will be a $25 fee for same day changes or orders.
Service Charge / Labor Charge - Any additional labor costs and a 10% service fee will be added to all events scheduled outside of normal delivery hours 7 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Minimum Order and Cancellation Policy - There is a $250 minimum for all orders delivered outside of TI South Campus and TI North Campus/SC Building. All orders cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full.
Ordering Information- Please complete your order online through CaterTrax. A copy will be emailed to the cafe and the requestor. We will not accept orders via the telephone or email, however if you need help, call us at 214-479-5400 and we can assist you. All orders require written confirmation before delivery.
